One of the main requirements is to have a passport that will be valid for at least 150 days from the date of their arrival in Turkey. A valid email address and valid debit/credit card are also required for a successful eVisa application.

How Can Belgian Citizens Apply for a Turkish eVisa?

The online eVisa application form will ask the applicants to list some personal details, such as name, date of birth, place of birth etc. as well as some passport details including passport number and date of expiration. The applicant will also need to provide an email address where the eVisa will be sent once the application has been processed and approved.

There is a processing fee associated with submitting the online application. Accordingly, travelers will need to provide valid credit or debit card information while filling out the online application in order to have their application processed.

It is extremely important that applicants fill out the eVisa application as accurately as possible. Any mismatch between the information provided on the application form and that shown on the applicant’s passport or travel documents can have negative consequences for the applicant’s travel plans. The applicant’s Turkey eVisa application can be rejected and in some cases, applicants may be denied entry into the country on the basis of having an invalid visa.

Traveling to Turkey from Belgium

Once the online eVisa application has been completed and submitted, the traveler can expect to receive an update on their application within 3 business days.
